Ella Ruso combines Eastern European flair and glamour with modern techniques to achieve dazzling results. Her style is edgy yet elegant, using the client as her muse. Ella is an expert in all aspects of creating daring looks for media, fashion and print.

Ella immigrated to the United States in 2007 and pursued her passion at the highly respected, Make-up designory (MUD), Los Angeles. She is fluent in Russian, Armenian and English. Her training and education, along with her eye for aesthetics, creates looks that impress models, photographers, directors and her peers.

Ever since she can remember she loved to play with makeup as a child. As girls we all dream about growing up so we can dress differently and use makeup; however she always enjoyed not only using makeup on herself, but also transforming other people. It was very interesting for her to see before and after pictures of models to see how makeup and hair can transform them into something so bright and beautiful it is a truly work of art.

Known especially for expert color matching and a flawless airbrush technique, Ella enjoys the challenge of creating fresh and creative looks for all her clients.
